The food at Buenaventura Grand Hotel was simply excellent! The buffet offered a plethora of options that catered to all tastes. I particularly loved the birria and chilaquiles, which were really good. My friend raved about the beef burrito at the beachside café, claiming it was the best ever made. Each meal was a good experience, making it hard to choose a favorite!

Cozy and Clean

Our room was immaculate and well-maintained, which was a huge plus for my stay. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and I appreciated how everything worked perfectly. Despite the initial slight view issue, we were quickly moved to a better room that had a beautiful ocean view. It truly felt like our home away from home!

Fun Evening Activities

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The highlight was the friendly staff who genuinely cared about our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the Malecon and Old Town. However, our room was quite noisy due to street sounds, which made it hard to sleep. The dining options were disappointing as well, with limited choices and some unpleasant experiences with the food quality.

We had a fantastic vacation at Buenaventura! The staff made us feel welcomed and valued, especially Leobardo at the lobby bar who created unique drinks for my son. The Sunset restaurant offered delicious meals with beautiful views, though I wish there were smoke-free areas for families. Despite some small room sizes, we appreciated the great location near the Malecon and the overall value for our two-week stay. We definitely look forward to returning!
