I was pleasantly surprised by the dining options at Buenaventura Grand Hotel. The buffet offered a fantastic array of both Mexican and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the themed nights like sushi and Italian cuisine. Each meal was flavorful and made me look forward to dining at the hotel every night. Relaxing Pool Experience

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The highlight was the friendly staff who genuinely cared about our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the Malecon and Old Town. However, our room was quite noisy due to street sounds, which made it hard to sleep. The dining options were disappointing as well, with limited choices and some unpleasant experiences with the food quality.

We had a fantastic vacation at Buenaventura! The staff made us feel welcomed and valued, especially Leobardo at the lobby bar who created unique drinks for my son. The Sunset restaurant offered delicious meals with beautiful views, though I wish there were smoke-free areas for families. Despite some small room sizes, we appreciated the great location near the Malecon and the overall value for our two-week stay. We definitely look forward to returning!
